Cancellation Policy
At TrueTrace Testing, we value your time and commitment to our services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You can contact us by phone, email, or through our online booking system to make any necessary changes to your appointment. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 fee will be applied to cover preparation and scheduling impacts. If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will apply to all DNA and drug testing services, including mobile appointments. We understand that emergencies or severe weather conditions can interfere with your plans. In such cases, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis, and a fee waiver may be granted if deemed appropriate. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. We will work with you to find a convenient time that suits your schedule. For prepaid appointments, cancellations with sufficient notice are fully refundable, with refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
