Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling by phone or email. - Late Cancellations (<24 hrs): $25 fee applies. - No-Shows: Full service fee applies. - Emergencies/Weather: Fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis. - Rescheduling: No charge for cancellations with 24+ hours' notice. - Refunds: Prepaid cancellations with 24+ hours' notice are fully refundable within 5–7 business days.
